Meal Plans and Dining Dollars
Whether you plan on eating most meals in one of our cafés, or just grabbing a coffee before class, we have a meal plan for your needs.
Residents are required to purchase our All You Care to Eat meal plan. Community meal plans are available for commuter students, faculty and staff to cater to a variety of on-campus needs.
Flex Dollars are available with most plans and are a flexible option to make eating on campus easy. You can use Flex Dollars at most places food is sold on campus, including Starbucks, and they're great for a grab and go snack when you just don't have time for a full meal.

Planning a small gathering for your student group or a large catered event for faculty & staff? Our catering service offers a variety of menu options to meet your needs.
Note: Catering orders should be placed 72 hours in advance of an event to ensure requests can be accommodated.
Erica Rush, RDN is Mercy’s new Campus Dietitian available to students, faculty and staff for one-on-one nutrition counseling, group presentations and nutrition talks, dining hall tours and tabling events. Erica has been clinically trained in dietetics and can provide support with food allergies, sports nutrition, healthful diets and other nutrition concerns.
